Gaze at the panoramic view our founding fathers and Samuel de Champlain gazed at in awe. After breakfast, take a 10 minute walk to downtown Burlington, with it's vibrant shops and restaurants. Stroll Church Street Marketplace, famous for its outdoor Farmers Market, fine dining and many festivals including the Jazz Fest, Mardi Gras, and Winter Carnival or head to Waterfront Park with its annual Brewfest and frequent waterfront performances by local or homegrown bands including Grace Potter, Twiddle and others. Explore the many restaurants downtown or on the waterfront for a satisfying lunch or a romantic dinner. It's all there within walking distance.
Our guest rooms afford privacy from the remainder of the house, and include access to a dining and sitting area, including a number of amenities for your convenience and use. Guests traveling together using both guest rooms will enjoy the privacy of a two bedroom apartment with private en suite baths for their use.
A full size refrigerator and microwave allow quests to store and heat food at their discretion, creating a more home like experience.
The spacious yard, deck, and a lovely sun room are yours to enjoy for the duration of your visit. In addition, there is a secured garage to store bicycles for guests eager to use the easily accessible and beautiful Burlington Bike Path.
Beach Access is also an popular guest activity and North Beach is a short walk and shorter bike ride from the house. Beach towels, a rolling soft side cooler and sunscreen is available for your use.
